यदा ग्रहग्रस्त इव क्‍वचिद्धस- त्याक्रन्दते ध्यायति वन्दते जनम् । मुहु: श्वसन्वक्ति हरे जगत्पते नारायणेत्यात्ममतिर्गतत्रप: ॥ ३५ ॥

तो भक्त जणू ग्रहग्रस्त माणसासारखा कधी हसतो, कधी मोठ्याने आक्रोश करतो; कधी ध्यान करतो आणि प्रत्येक जीवाला भगवंताचा भक्त मानून नमस्कार करतो. वारंवार जोराने श्वास घेत, लोकलाज विसरून उन्मत्तासारखा मोठ्याने जपतो—“हरे! जगत्पते! नारायण!”

When one chants the holy name of the Lord in ecstasy, not caring for outward social conventions, it is to be understood that he is ātma-mati. In other words, his consciousness is turned toward the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
