bhuvo bhārāvatārāya bhagavān bhūta-bhāvanaḥ avatīrṇo nijāṁśena puṇya-śravaṇa-kīrtanaḥ

बलदेव हे भगवान भूतभावन आहेत; त्यांच्या श्रवण-कीर्तनाने पावित्र्य येते. पृथ्वीचा भार उतरवून जग शुद्ध करण्यासाठी ते निजांशासह अवतरले आहेत.
