ते विसृज्योरणौ तत्र व्यद्योतन्त स्म विद्युत: । आदाय मेषावायान्तं नग्नमैक्षत सा पतिम् ॥ ३१ ॥
te visṛjyoraṇau tatra vyadyotanta sma vidyutaḥ ādāya meṣāv āyāntaṁ nagnam aikṣata sā patim
दोन्ही मेंढ्यांची पिल्ले सोडून गंधर्व विजेसारखे चमकले व पुरूरवाच्या घराला प्रकाश पडला. उर्वशीने मेंढ्यांची पिल्ले घेऊन परतणाऱ्या पतीला नग्न पाहिले आणि म्हणून ती त्याला सोडून निघून गेली.
