भ्रात्राभिनन्दित: सोऽथ सोत्सवां प्राविशत् पुरीम् । प्रविश्य राजभवनं गुरुपत्नी: स्वमातरम् ॥ ४५ ॥ गुरून् वयस्यावरजान् पूजित: प्रत्यपूजयत् । वैदेही लक्ष्मणश्चैव यथावत् समुपेयतु: ॥ ४६ ॥
bhrātrābhinanditaḥ so ’tha sotsavāṁ prāviśat purīm praviśya rāja-bhavanaṁ guru-patnīḥ sva-mātaram
त्यानंतर भाऊ भरताने अभिनंदन केल्यावर भगवान् रामचंद्र उत्सवाच्या वातावरणात अयोध्येत प्रवेशले. राजभवनात जाऊन त्यांनी कैकेयी आदी दशरथ-पत्न्यांसह सर्व मातांना, विशेषतः आपल्या माता कौसल्येला, नमस्कार केला आणि वसिष्ठ आदी गुरूंनाही वंदन केले. समवयस्क व लहान मित्रांनी त्यांची पूजा केली; रामांनी त्यांना यथोचित प्रत्यभिवादन केले; वैदेही सीता व लक्ष्मण यांनीही तसेच केले।
