सद्धर्मकवचस् तेषाम् अभूद् यः प्रथमं द्विज तेन रक्षाभवत् पूर्वं नेशुर् नष्टे च तत्र ते
saddharmakavacas teṣām abhūd yaḥ prathamaṃ dvija tena rakṣābhavat pūrvaṃ neśur naṣṭe ca tatra te
ഹേ ദ്വിജ, അവരിൽ ആദ്യനായവൻ സദ്ധർമ്മത്തിന്റെ കവചമായി മാറി; അതിനാൽ ആദ്യം സംരക്ഷണം ഉണ്ടായി, എന്നാൽ ആ കവചം നഷ്ടമായപ്പോൾ അവർ അവിടെയേ നശിച്ചു।
