सप्तद्वीप-समुद्र-प्रमाणम्: प्लक्षादि-द्वीपवर्णनं, लोकालोक-सीमा, चन्द्र-समुद्र-वृद्धिक्षयः
मर्यादाकारकास् तेषां तथान्ये वर्षपर्वताः सप्तैव तेषां नामानि शृणुष्व मुनिसत्तम
maryādākārakās teṣāṃ tathānye varṣaparvatāḥ saptaiva teṣāṃ nāmāni śṛṇuṣva munisattama
ആ പ്രദേശങ്ങളുടെ അതിരുകളും മര്യാദയും സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നവയാണ് ആ പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ; വർഷങ്ങളുടെ വിഭജനങ്ങൾ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുന്ന മറ്റു വർഷപർവ്വതങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്. ഹേ മുനിശ്രേഷ്ഠാ, ആ അതിരുപർവ്വതങ്ങളുടെ ഏഴ് നാമങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കുക।
