वसेच्च देशेषु सुराजकेषु सुसंहितेष्वेव जनेषु नित्यम् अक्रोधना न्यायपरा अमत्सराः कृषीवला ह्योषधयश्च यत्र

സുശാസനമുള്ള ദേശങ്ങളിലും സുസംഘടിത ജനസമൂഹത്തിനിടയിലും നിത്യമായി വസിക്കണം—അവിടെ ജനങ്ങൾ ക്രോധരഹിതരും ന്യായപരരുമ് അസൂയരഹിതരുമായിരിക്കണം; കൂടാതെ കർഷകരും ഔഷധസസ്യങ്ങളും ഉള്ളിടം ആകണം।
