तानादाय वियच्चारी मारुतानादिदेश ह ते त्वासन् मरुतस्त्वाद्या मनोः स्वायंभुवे ऽन्तरे

Transliteration

tānādāya viyaccārī mārutānādideśa ha te tvāsan marutastvādyā manoḥ svāyaṃbhuve 'ntare

Translation

അവരെ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ട് ആകാശസഞ്ചാരിയായ (ബ്രഹ്മാവ്) ആ മരുതുകളെ നിയോഗിച്ചു. സ്വായംഭുവ മനുവിന്റെ മന്വന്തരത്തിൽ അവർ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ആദ്യ മരുതുകൾ.
