शक्त्या द्विजानां देयं च छत्रं धोत्रं कमंडलुम् । प्रणम्य ब्राह्मणान्भक्त्या नारदः प्रीयतामिति
śaktyā dvijānāṃ deyaṃ ca chatraṃ dhotraṃ kamaṃḍalum | praṇamya brāhmaṇānbhaktyā nāradaḥ prīyatāmiti
യഥാശക്തി ദ്വിജന്മാർക്ക് കുട, വസ്ത്രം, കമണ്ഡലു എന്നിവ ദാനം ചെയ്യണം. ഭക്തിയോടെ ബ്രാഹ്മണരെ പ്രണമിച്ച്—“നാരദമുനി പ്രസന്നനാകട്ടെ” എന്നു പറയണം.
