Bābhravya (addressing a Pāṇḍava/Kaurava listener in the frame)
Tirtha: Nārada-kūpa
Type: kund
Listener: Pāṇḍava
Scene: A devotee stands by the well with folded hands, reciting ‘Idaṃ Viṣṇu’; a subtle icon of Viṣṇu (śaṅkha-cakra) appears in a radiant vision above water; then the devotee turns to honor Nārada, depicted with vīṇā and ascetic grace.
Devotion follows sacred order: awaken the Lord (Viṣṇu) through mantra, then honor the sage who embodies and transmits that devotion.
Within this chapter, the rite is associated with Nārada-kūpa and the Prabodhinī Dvādaśī observance.
Viṣṇu-prabodhana using the mantra “idaṃ viṣṇu,” followed by honoring/invoking Nārada with the same mantra.
