asaktaḥ sarvasaṃgeṣu yaḥ saktātmeti lakṣyate | adīrghasaṃśaṃyo vāggmī nāradaṃ taṃ namāmyaham

Translation

എല്ലാ ബന്ധങ്ങളിലുമിരിക്കെ അസക്തനായവനും, എങ്കിലും പരമാത്മാവിൽ ആസക്തചിത്തനെന്നു അറിയപ്പെടുന്നവനും; ദീർഘസംശയമില്ലാത്തവനും വാഗ്മിയുമായ നാരദമുനിയെ ഞാൻ നമസ്കരിക്കുന്നു।
