त्वां दृष्ट्वा पितरं बन्धून्कौसल्यां जननीमपि । न स्मरामो वयं सर्वान्मे त्वयोपकृतं बहु

tvāṃ dṛṣṭvā pitaraṃ bandhūnkausalyāṃ jananīmapi | na smarāmo vayaṃ sarvānme tvayopakṛtaṃ bahu

നിന്നെ കണ്ടതോടെ ഞങ്ങൾ പിതാവിനെയും ബന്ധുക്കളെയും ജനനി കൗസല്യയെയും പോലും ഇനി സ്മരിക്കുന്നില്ല; കാരണം നീ എനിക്കു ചെയ്ത ഉപകാരം അത്യന്തം മഹത്തായതാണ്.
