अपा॑धमद॒भिश॑स्तीरशस्ति॒हाथेन्द्रो॑ द्यु॒म्न्याभ॑वत् । द॒वास्त॑ इन्द्र स॒ख्याय॑ येमिरे॒ बृह॑द्भानो॒ मरु॑द्गण

Transliteration

apā́dhamad abhíśastīr aśastihā́théndro dyumnyā́bhavat | davā́sta indra sakhyā́ya yemire bṛ́hadbhāno marúdgaṇa

Translation

അവൻ ദുഷ്ടശാപങ്ങളെ അകറ്റി; നിന്ദയെ സംഹരിക്കുന്നവൻ; തുടർന്ന് ഇന്ദ്രൻ ദ്യുമ്നം—തേജോമഹിമ—പ്രാപിച്ചു. ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, സൗഹൃദത്തിനായി നിന്റെ ദാനമയ അനുഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ പ്രകാശമാനമായ മരുത്ഗണം തേടി, ദൃഢമായി പിടിച്ചു സൂക്ഷിച്ചു.
