Transliteration

hótā yákṣad ójo ná vī́ryaṃ sáho dvā́ra índram avardhayan | su·prāyaṇā́ asmín yajñé ví śrayantām ṛtā·vṛ́dho dvā́ra índrāya mīḍhúṣe vyantu ā́jyasya hótar yája

Translation

ഹോതൃ യജിക്കട്ടെ: ദ്വാരങ്ങൾ ഓജസ്സാൽ, വീര്യത്താൽ, സഹസ്സാൽ ഇന്ദ്രനെ വർധിപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ. ഋതംകൊണ്ട് വർധിച്ച, സൂപ്രായണമായ ആ ദ്വാരങ്ങൾ ഈ യജ്ഞത്തിൽ വ്യാപിക്കട്ടെ; ദാനശീലനായ ഇന്ദ്രനുവേണ്ടി, ഘൃത-ആഹുതിക്കായി അവ വിശാലമായി തുറക്കട്ടെ—ഹേ ഹോതൃ, യജിക്ക!
