तत्तत्कर्मफलप्राप्तिस्तादृक्पापक्षयः क्रमात् । महागणपतेः पूजा चतुर्थ्यां कृष्णपक्षके

Transliteration

tattatkarmaphalaprāptistādṛkpāpakṣayaḥ kramāt | mahāgaṇapateḥ pūjā caturthyāṃ kṛṣṇapakṣake

Translation

അത് അതത് കര്‍മ്മങ്ങളുടെ യോജ്യഫലം ക്രമമായി ലഭിക്കുന്നു; അതുപോലെ തന്നെ സമാനമായ പാപക്ഷയവും പതുക്കെ നടക്കുന്നു. അതിനാല്‍ കൃഷ്ണപക്ഷത്തിലെ ചതുര്ഥിയില്‍ മഹാഗണപതിയെ പൂജിക്കണം.
