ഇവിടെ സംസ്കൃത/പരിഷ്കൃത വിദ്യയിലോ ഔപചാരിക പരിശീലനത്തിലോ ആശ്രയം ഇല്ല; ധ്യാനവും ഒരിക്കലും കർശന നിർബന്ധമല്ല. സുജാതർക്കും വെറും നാമോച്ചാരണമോ വിപുലമായ അർച്ചനയോ നിർബന്ധമല്ല.
