Methodical Explanation of the Meaning of Praṇava/Om
पञ्चगव्यादिभिर्द्रव्यैर्यथाविभवसम्भृतैः । केवलैर्वा जलैश्शुद्धैस्सुरभि द्रव्यवासितैः
pañcagavyādibhirdravyairyathāvibhavasambhṛtaiḥ | kevalairvā jalaiśśuddhaissurabhi dravyavāsitaiḥ
സ്വശേഷിയനുസരിച്ച് പഞ്ചഗവ്യാദി ദ്രവ്യങ്ങളും മറ്റു യോജ്യവസ്തുക്കളും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് (ശുദ്ധിവിധി) നടത്തണം; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മംഗളസുഗന്ധദ്രവ്യങ്ങൾ ചേർത്ത് സുഗന്ധിതമാക്കിയ ശുദ്ധജലം മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിച്ചാലും മതി.
