न्यासवर्णनम् (Nyāsa-varṇanam) — Description of Nyāsa in the Saṃnyāsa Procedure
अंगुष्ठद्वयमारभ्य तलांतं परिमार्जयेत् । ओमित्युक्त्वाथ देवेशि करन्यासं समारभेत्
aṃguṣṭhadvayamārabhya talāṃtaṃ parimārjayet | omityuktvātha deveśi karanyāsaṃ samārabhet
രണ്ടു അങ്കുഷ്ഠങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങി കൈത്തളത്തിന്റെ അറ്റം വരെ കൈകൾ തേച്ച് ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണം; തുടർന്ന് “ഓം” എന്നു ഉച്ചരിച്ച്, ഹേ ദേവേശി, കരന്യാസം ആരംഭിക്കണം।
