īśānādyaṃ tu vijñeyaṃ vāyavyāvadhi cāmbike | ityukto maṇḍalavidhirmayā tubhyaṃ ca pārvati

ഹേ അംബികേ! മണ്ഡലക്രമം ഈശാന ദിക്കിൽ നിന്ന് ആരംഭിച്ച് വായവ്യ കോണുവരെ അറിയേണ്ടതാണ്. ഹേ പാർവതി! ഇങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ നിനക്കു മണ്ഡലവിധി വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
