विज्ञापनम् / Dadhimukha Reports the Madhuvana Incident
एभिः प्रधर्षिताश्चैव वानरा वनरक्षिभिः।मधून्यचिन्तयित्वेमान् भक्षयन्ति पिबन्ति च।।।।
ebhiḥ pradharṣitāś caiva vānarā vanarakṣibhiḥ |
madhūny acintayitv emān bhakṣayanti pibanti ca ||
‘വനരക്ഷകർ ബലത്തോടെ തടയാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടും, ഈ വാനരന്മാർ ഞങ്ങളെ അവഗണിച്ച് മധുവിനെക്കുറിച്ചേ ചിന്തിച്ച് തിന്നുകയും കുടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.’
