हनूमद्वृत्तान्तः—वानरबलप्रशंसा च

Hanuman’s Report and Praise of the Vanara Host

अश्विपुत्रौ महाभागावेतौ प्लवगसत्तमौ।एतयोः प्रतियोद्दारं न पश्यामि रणाजिरे।।।।

aśvi-putrau mahābhāgāv etau plavaga-sattamau |

etayoḥ pratiyoddhāraṃ na paśyāmi raṇājire ||

അശ്വിനീകുമാരന്മാരുടെ പുത്രന്മാരായ ഈ രണ്ടു മഹാഭാഗ്യശാലികൾ പ്ലവഗങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠമായ വാനരവീരന്മാരാണ്; रणഭൂമിയിൽ ഇവർക്കെതിരായി നിലകൊള്ളാൻ ആരെയും ഞാൻ കാണുന്നില്ല.
