हनूमदुपदेशः रावणस्य च कोपः
Hanuman’s Counsel to Ravana and Ravana’s Wrath
न चापि त्रिषु लोकेषु राजन्विद्येत कश्चन।राघवस्य व्यलीकं यः कृत्वा सुखमवाप्नुयात्।।।।
na cāpi triṣu lokeṣu rājan vidyeta kaścana | rāghavasya vyalīkaṃ yaḥ kṛtvā sukham avāpnuyāt ||
ഹേ രാജാവേ, രാഘവന് അഹിതം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ട് സുഖം പ്രാപിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നവനായി മൂന്നുലകിലും ആരുമില്ല.
"O king! there is none in these three worlds who can enjoy happiness by displeasing Rama.
Harming the righteous (dhārmika) rebounds inevitably; lasting well-being cannot coexist with injustice toward dharma.
Hanumān states the inevitability of consequences if Rāvaṇa continues to offend Rāma by holding Sītā.
Rāma’s steadfast dharma: his moral authority is portrayed as universally consequential.
