सप्तदशः सर्गः
Hanuman Beholds Sita in the Ashoka Grove
नमस्कृत्वा च रामाय लक्ष्मणाय च वीर्यवान्।सीतादर्शनसंहृष्टो हनुमान् संवृतोऽभवत्।।।।
namaskṛtvā ca rāmāya lakṣmaṇāya ca vīryavān | sītādarśanasaṃhṛṣṭo hanumān saṃvṛto 'bhavat || 5.17.32 ||
രാമനെയും ലക്ഷ്മണനെയും നമസ്കരിച്ച്, സീതാദർശനം കൊണ്ടു ഹർഷോന്മത്തനായ വീരൻ ഹനുമാൻ സ്വയം മറച്ചു നിൽക്കി കാത്തിരുന്നു.
Seeing that lady with eyes intoxicating, Hanuman shed tears of joy. At once he paid obeisance to Rama. (thinking he could trace Sita at last).
