अशोकवनिकाविचारः
Survey of the Aśoka Grove and its Enchanted Landscape
हनूमता वेगवता कम्पितास्ते नगोत्तमाः।पुष्पपर्णफलान्याशु मुमुचुः पुष्पशालिनः।।।।
hanūmatā vegavatā kampitās te nagottamāḥ |
puṣpaparṇaphalāny āśu mumucuḥ puṣpaśālinaḥ ||
വേഗവാനായ ഹനുമാന്റെ പ്രഹാരത്തിൽ ആ ശ്രേഷ്ഠവൃക്ഷങ്ങൾ വിറച്ചു; പുഷ്പസമൃദ്ധമായ അവ ഉടൻ തന്നെ പുഷ്പങ്ങളും ഇലകളും ഫലങ്ങളും ചൊരിഞ്ഞു.
Deserted by the flocks of birds resting on them (flowers and leaves also dropped from branches), the trees were left bare with trunks unable to move.
