अशोकवनिकाविचारः

Survey of the Aśoka Grove and its Enchanted Landscape

वृक्षेभ्यः पतितैः पुष्पैरवकीर्णा पृथग्विदैः।रराज वृक्षेभ्यः तत्र प्रमदेव विभूषिता।।।।

vṛkṣebhyaḥ patitaiḥ puṣpair avakīrṇā pṛthag-vidaiḥ | rarāja tatra pramadā iva vibhūṣitā ||

മരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു വീണ പലവിധ പുഷ്പങ്ങൾ ചിതറിക്കിടന്ന് മൂടിയ ഭൂമി അവിടെ ദീപ്തിയായി—ആഭരണങ്ങളാൽ അലങ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ട യുവതിയെപ്പോലെ ശോഭിച്ചു.
