प्रस्रवणगिरिवासवर्णनम्

भवान्क्रियापरो लोके भवान् देवपरायणः।आस्तिको धर्मशीलश्च व्यवसायी च राघव4.27.35।।न ह्यव्यवसितश्शत्रुं राक्षसं तं विशेषतः।समर्थस्त्वं रणे हन्तुं विक्रमैर्जिह्मकारिणम्4.27.36।।
na hy avyavasitaś śatruṃ rākṣasaṃ taṃ viśeṣataḥ | samarthas tvaṃ raṇe hantuṃ vikramair jihmakāriṇam || 4.27.36 ||
ദൃഢനിശ്ചയം ഇല്ലാതെ നീ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ആ ശത്രുവിനെ—വിശേഷിച്ച് ആ രാക്ഷസനെ—വധിക്കാനാവില്ല; വക്രകൗശലങ്ങളാൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവനെ നിന്റെ പരാക്രമം കൊണ്ടും ജയിക്കുക ദുഷ്കരം.
