Vali’s Final Counsel and the Succession Charge
राघवस्य च ते कार्यं कर्तव्यमविशङ्कया।स्यादधर्मो ह्यकरणे त्वां च हिंस्याद्विमानितः।।
rāghavasya ca te kāryaṃ kartavyam aviśaṅkayā | syād adharmo hy akaraṇe tvāṃ ca hiṃsyād vimānitaḥ ||
രാഘവന്റെ കാര്യം നീ സംശയമില്ലാതെ നിർവഹിക്കണം. അത് ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നാൽ അധർമ്മമാകും; അപമാനിതനായാൽ അവൻ നിന്നോടും വിരോധമായി തിരിഞ്ഞ് ഹാനി വരുത്താനും ഇടയുണ്ട്.
'You ought to carry out Rama's work without hesitation. If you do not, it will be unrighteous and harmful.
