यदि युद्धेऽसमर्थस्त्वं मद्भयाद्वा निरुद्यमः।समाचक्ष्व प्रदद्यान्मे योऽद्य युद्धं युयुत्सतः4.11.19।।
yadi yuddhe 'samarthas tvaṃ madbhayād vā nirudyamaḥ | samācakṣva pradadyān me yo 'dya yuddhaṃ yuyutsataḥ ||
നീ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ അശക്തനോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എന്നോടുള്ള ഭയത്താൽ നിർക്രിയനോ ആണെങ്കിൽ, ഇന്ന് യുദ്ധം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന എനിക്ക് ആരാണ് എതിരാളിയാകുക എന്ന് എന്നോട് പറയുക; എനിക്ക് ദ്വന്ദ്വയുദ്ധം അനുവദിക്കു.
