कबन्धवधः

The Severing of Kabandha’s Arms and the Opening of Dialogue

अस्य देवप्रभावस्य वसतो विजने वने।रक्षसाऽपहृता पत्नी यामिच्छन्ताविहागतौ।।।।

asya devaprabhāvasya vasato vijane vane | rakṣasā ’pahṛtā patnī yām icchantāv ihāgatau || 3.70.14 ||

ദേവസമാനമായ പ്രഭാവമുള്ള അവൻ ഈ നിർജന വനത്തിൽ വസിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഒരു രാക്ഷസൻ അവന്റെ പത്നിയെ അപഹരിച്ചു; അവളെ തേടിയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ വന്നത്.
