सुतीक्ष्णाश्रमप्रवेशः

Entry into Sutikshna’s Hermitage

ततश्शुभं तापसभोज्यमन्नं स्वयं सुतीक्ष्णः पुरुषर्षभाभ्याम्।ताभ्यां सुसत्कृत्य ददौ महात्मा सन्ध्यानिवृत्तौ रजनीं मवेक्ष्य।।3.7.24।।

Transliteration

tataḥ śubhaṃ tāpasabhojyam annaṃ svayaṃ sutīkṣṇaḥ puruṣarṣabhābhyām |

tābhyāṃ susatkṛtya dadau mahātmā sandhyānivṛttau rajanīṃ aveक्षya || 3.7.24 ||

Translation

പിന്നീട് സന്ധ്യ അവസാനിച്ച് രാത്രി വന്നതായി കണ്ട മഹാത്മാവായ സുതീക്ഷ്ണൻ, പുരുഷശ്രേഷ്ഠരായ ആ ഇരുവരെയും യഥോചിതമായി സൽക്കരിച്ച്, തപസ്വികൾക്ക് അനുയോജ്യമായ ശുഭഭോജനം സ്വയം അർപ്പിച്ചു.
