सीताहरणम्
Ravana reveals his true form and abducts Sita
ततस्सा राक्षसेन्द्रेण ह्रियमाणा विहायसा।।3.49.23।।भृशं चुक्रोश मत्तेव भ्रान्तचित्ता यथाऽऽतुरा।
tatas sā rākṣasendreṇa hriyamāṇā vihāyasā | bhṛśaṃ cukrośa matteva bhrāntacittā yathāturā ||
പിന്നീട് രാക്ഷസേന്ദ്രൻ ആകാശമാർഗ്ഗത്തിലൂടെ കൊണ്ടുപോകുമ്പോൾ അവൾ അത്യന്തം ഉച്ചത്തിൽ നിലവിളിച്ചു—വേദനയിൽ ഉന്മത്തയായി മനസ്സ് കുലുങ്ങുന്ന വ്യാകുലസ്ത്രീയെപ്പോലെ.
