जितेंद्रियो जितक्रोधस्तत्त्वज्ञानविचिंतकः । ब्रह्मचारी भवेन्नित्यं न पत्नीमपि संश्रयेत्

jiteṃdriyo jitakrodhastattvajñānaviciṃtakaḥ | brahmacārī bhavennityaṃ na patnīmapi saṃśrayet

ഇന്ദ്രിയജയിയും ക്രോധസംയമിയും തത്ത്വജ്ഞാനചിന്തകനുമായിരിക്കണം. നിത്യം ബ്രഹ്മചാരിയായി നിലകൊള്ളണം; ഭാര്യയെയെങ്കിലും ആശ്രയിക്കരുത്।
