सर्वस्वमपहृत्यैनं राजा राष्ट्रात्प्रवासयेत् । यस्तु दुर्भिक्षवेलायामन्नाद्यं न प्रयच्छति

sarvasvamapahṛtyainaṃ rājā rāṣṭrātpravāsayet | yastu durbhikṣavelāyāmannādyaṃ na prayacchati

ദുര്ഭിക്ഷകാലത്ത് അന്നവും മറ്റു ആവശ്യവസ്തുക്കളും നൽകാത്തവന്റെ സർവ്വസ്വം പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത് രാജാവ് അവനെ രാജ്യത്തിൽ നിന്ന് നാടുകടത്തണം.
