नित्यं धर्मार्थकामेषु युज्येत नियतो द्विजः । न धर्मवर्जितं काममर्थं वा मनसा स्मरेत्

nityaṃ dharmārthakāmeṣu yujyeta niyato dvijaḥ | na dharmavarjitaṃ kāmamarthaṃ vā manasā smaret

നിയമനിഷ്ഠനായ ദ്വിജൻ നിത്യം ധർമ്മം, അർത്ഥം, കാമം എന്നിവയിൽ ഏർപ്പെടണം; ധർമ്മരഹിതമായ ആഗ്രഹമോ സമ്പത്തോ മനസ്സിലും ഓർക്കരുത്।
