एवमाचारसंपन्नमात्मवंतमदांभिकम् । वेदमध्यापयेद्धर्म्मं पुराणांगानि नित्यशः

evamācārasaṃpannamātmavaṃtamadāṃbhikam | vedamadhyāpayeddharmmaṃ purāṇāṃgāni nityaśaḥ

ഇങ്ങനെ സദാചാരസമ്പന്നനും ആത്മനിയന്ത്രണമുള്ളവനും ദംഭരഹിതനുമായ ശിഷ്യനോട് നിത്യം വേദവും ധർമ്മതത്ത്വങ്ങളും പുരാണങ്ങളുടെ അങ്കങ്ങളും ഉപാംഗങ്ങളും പഠിപ്പിക്കണം।
