ईश्वर उवाच । गच्छ नारद तत्रैव यत्र तत्त्रिपुरं पुरम् । बाणस्य दानवेन्द्रस्य शीघ्रं गच्छाथ तत्कुरु

ഈശ്വരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“പോകുക, നാരദാ! ആ ത്രിപുരനഗരം ഉള്ളിടത്തേക്കുതന്നെ പോകുക. ദാനവേന്ദ്രനായ ബാണന്റെ നഗരത്തിലേക്ക് വേഗത്തിൽ ചെന്നു ആ കാര്യം ചെയ്യുക।”
