उवाच स तदा देवं पद्माक्षं पद्मजं विभुं । वंशे मे धर्मसंयुक्ताः पृथिव्यां सर्वपार्थिवाः

uvāca sa tadā devaṃ padmākṣaṃ padmajaṃ vibhuṃ | vaṃśe me dharmasaṃyuktāḥ pṛthivyāṃ sarvapārthivāḥ

അപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹം ആ ദിവ്യനും സർവ്വശക്തനും പദ്മാക്ഷനും പദ്മജനുമായ വിഭുവിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“എന്റെ വംശത്തിൽ ഭൂമിയിലെ എല്ലാ രാജാക്കളും ധർമ്മസഹിതരാകട്ടെ.”
