धृष्टकेतुः स्वधर्माथो रणधृष्टश्च वीर्यवान् । आनर्तो नाम शर्यातेः सुकन्या चैव दारिका

dhṛṣṭaketuḥ svadharmātho raṇadhṛṣṭaśca vīryavān | ānarto nāma śaryāteḥ sukanyā caiva dārikā

ധൃഷ്ടകേതു, സ്വധർമാ, വീര്യവാനായ രണധൃഷ്ടൻ—ഇവർ ആയിരുന്നു. ശർയാതിക്കു ആനർത്തൻ എന്ന പുത്രനും, സുകന്യ എന്ന ശുഭകന്നിയും ജനിച്ചു.
