सर्वपापैर्विनिर्मुक्तः स्वर्गं चाक्षयमश्नुते । प्राणस्त्रिपुटशृंग्या च व्यानोपानश्च मुद्रया

sarvapāpairvinirmuktaḥ svargaṃ cākṣayamaśnute | prāṇastripuṭaśṛṃgyā ca vyānopānaśca mudrayā

സകലപാപങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു വിമുക്തനായ साधകൻ അക്ഷയസ്വർഗ്ഗം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു. ത്രിപുട-ശൃംഗീ മുദ്രയാൽ പ്രാണൻ നിയന്ത്രിതനാകുന്നു; അതുപോലെ വ്യാനവും അപാനവും മുദ്രയാൽ സംയമിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
