Brahmin Right Conduct: Morning Remembrance, Bathing, Purification, and Tarpaṇa Method

परतो दंतकाष्ठं च तृणैरुदुंबरादिभिः । अतः परं च संध्यायां संयतश्च द्विजो भवेत्

പിന്നീട് പുല്ലുകളാലോ ഉദുംബരാദി വൃക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ ദന്തകാഷ്ഠത്താലോ ദന്തശുദ്ധി ചെയ്യണം; അതിനുശേഷം സന്ധ്യാകാലത്തിൽ ദ്വിജൻ സംയമവാനാകണം।
