तार्क्ष्योपि पितरं गत्वा कथयच्चाखिलं ततः । स तच्छ्रुत्वा प्रहृष्टात्मा तनयं पुनरब्रवीत्

tārkṣyopi pitaraṃ gatvā kathayaccākhilaṃ tataḥ | sa tacchrutvā prahṛṣṭātmā tanayaṃ punarabravīt

അപ്പോൾ താർക്ഷ്യനും പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു സംഭവിച്ചതെല്ലാം വിശദമായി അറിയിച്ചു. അത് കേട്ട് പിതാവ് ഹർഷഭരിതഹൃദയനായി വീണ്ടും പുത്രനോട് പറഞ്ഞു।
