Means to Slay Tāraka: Girijā’s Birth, Kāma’s Burning, and Umā’s Austerities

प्रतीक्षमाणस्तज्जन्म किंचित्कालं निवत्स्यति । तयोः सुतप्ततपसोर्भविता यो महान्सुतः

pratīkṣamāṇastajjanma kiṃcitkālaṃ nivatsyati | tayoḥ sutaptatapasorbhavitā yo mahānsutaḥ

ആ ശിശുവിന്റെ ജനനം കാത്ത് അവൻ കുറച്ചുകാലം അവിടെയേ താമസിക്കും. അത്യന്തം തപസ്സനുഷ്ഠിച്ച ആ ഇരുവരിൽ നിന്ന് മഹത്തായ ഒരു പുത്രൻ ജനിക്കും.
