तत्राभिभूतदैत्यैंद्रमंधकारमिवांतरं । दानवं देहसदनं तमोभूतमिवाभवत्

അവിടെ ദൈത്യേന്ദ്രൻ പരാജിതനായതോടെ അവന്റെ അന്തർവ്യാപ്തി അന്ധകാരത്തിൽ മൂടപ്പെട്ടതുപോലെ ആയി; ദാനവന്റെ ദേഹവാസവും തമസ്സായി മാറിയതുപോലെ തോന്നി।
