तं दृष्ट्वा नारदः प्राह वाक्यं वाक्यविदां वरः । सहस्रशीर्षा पुरुषः सहस्राक्षः सहस्रपात् । सर्वव्यापी भुवः स्पर्शादध्यतिष्ठद्दशांगुलम्
taṃ dṛṣṭvā nāradaḥ prāha vākyaṃ vākyavidāṃ varaḥ | sahasraśīrṣā puruṣaḥ sahasrākṣaḥ sahasrapāt | sarvavyāpī bhuvaḥ sparśādadhyatiṣṭhaddaśāṃgulam
അവനെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ വാക്യവിദ്യയിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ നാരദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ആ പുരുഷൻ സഹസ്രശിരസ്സും സഹസ്രനേത്രവും സഹസ്രപാദവും ഉള്ളവൻ; സർവ്വവ്യാപിയായി ഭൂമിയുടെ സ്പർശത്തിന് അതീതമായി ദശാംഗുലം ഉയരത്തിൽ നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു।”
