ഏഴ് രാത്രികൾ വ്രതം അനുഷ്ഠിച്ച് ദ്വിജാതിക്ക് (ബ്രാഹ്മണന്) നെയ്യിന്റെ കുംഭം ദാനം ചെയ്യണം. ഇത് ഉത്തമവ്രതമെന്നു പറയുന്നു; ബ്രഹ്മലോകഫലപ്രദം।
