त्रिदशानां वचः श्रुत्वा मैत्रावरुणिरब्रवीत् । किमर्थं समुपायाता वरं मत्तः किमिच्छथ

tridaśānāṃ vacaḥ śrutvā maitrāvaruṇirabravīt | kimarthaṃ samupāyātā varaṃ mattaḥ kimicchatha

ദേവന്മാരുടെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് മൈത്രാവരുണി മുനി പറഞ്ഞു— “എന്തു കാരണത്താൽ നിങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു? എന്നിൽ നിന്നു ഏതു വരം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു?”
