आश्चर्यः परमो ब्रह्मा देवैर्दैत्यैश्च पठ्यते । कर्मणाश्चर्यभूतोपि तत्त्वतः स इहोच्यते

āścaryaḥ paramo brahmā devairdaityaiśca paṭhyate | karmaṇāścaryabhūtopi tattvataḥ sa ihocyate

ദേവന്മാരും ദൈത്യന്മാരും പരബ്രഹ്മനെ ‘അത്ഭുതൻ’ എന്നു കീർത്തിക്കുന്നു. കർമങ്ങളാൽ അത്ഭുതരൂപനായി തോന്നിയാലും, ഇവിടെ അവന്റെ തത്ത്വസ്വരൂപം തന്നെയാണ് പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നത്.
