FAQs

A Brāhmaṇa is speaking, reporting that he heard the Bhillas’ words and reacted with amazement and joy.

The verse centers on adbhuta/āścarya—wonder—showing how extraordinary speech or events can inspire delight and openness in the listener.

The Brāhmaṇa models attentive listening and humility: when confronted with something unexpected, he reflects on it and responds with positive receptivity rather than dismissal.
