असौ विष्णोर्महापापी यूयं तद्वक्तुमर्हथ । विष्णुदूता ऊचुः । पुरतो वासुदेवस्य प्रदीपबोधनं कृतम्
asau viṣṇormahāpāpī yūyaṃ tadvaktumarhatha | viṣṇudūtā ūcuḥ | purato vāsudevasya pradīpabodhanaṃ kṛtam
ഇവൻ വിഷ്ണുവിനോടു മഹാപാപി—നിങ്ങൾ അതു പറയേണ്ടതാകുന്നു. വിഷ്ണുദൂതന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞു—വാസുദേവന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ദീപപ്രബോധനം (ദീപം തെളിയിക്കൽ) നടന്നു।
