सुरायां च सदा तृप्तो वृथामांसे सदा रतः । एवं पापसमायुक्तो नित्यं प्राणिवधे रतः
surāyāṃ ca sadā tṛpto vṛthāmāṃse sadā rataḥ | evaṃ pāpasamāyukto nityaṃ prāṇivadhe rataḥ
അവൻ എപ്പോഴും സുരാപാനത്തിൽ തൃപ്തനായി, വ്യർഥമായ മാംസഭക്ഷണത്തിൽ സദാ ആസക്തനായിരുന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ പാപസമയുക്തനായി, നിത്യവും പ്രാണിവധത്തിൽ രതനായി ഇരുന്നു.
